This lecture focuses on the ECG recognition of high risk ECG presentations in the ACS patient...who lacks ST segment elevation consistent with STEMI. We will review STEMI equivalent and pre-infarction presentations, stressing the underlying pathophysiology, the presenting clinical information with an emphasis on he ECG, and appropriate management strategies.
