  • Discuss advanced resuscitation concepts that can be applied to medical and undifferentiated patients of all age groups.
  • Identify and discuss current medical literature pertaining to the resuscitation of select critically ill emergency department patients.
  • Discuss a resuscitative approach to select critically ill patients, such as those with acute liver failure, cardiac tamponade, undifferentiated hypotension, cardiac arrest, and sepsis.
