Nick Maxwell is a chief emergency medicine resident at Washington University in St. Louis. He also serves as Director of US Partnerships for the Friends of Joseph Ukpo Hospitals and Research Institutes. Prior to medical school he got his B.S. in Emergency Medical Services at Creighton University, worked as a paramedic in rural Wisconsin, and then went to medical school at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He has strong interests in medical education, global health, and ultrasound.
