Mercy Hylton, MD, MBA, FAAEM is board certified in Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, and Lifestyle Medicine. in 2023 Dr. Hylton shifted her clinical practice from EM/PEM to Lifestyle Medicine as a PGY-22 with the launch of Mind Over Metabolism, LLC, a direct pay practice in Brownsburg, IN which aims to help patients reverse their insulin resistance and other lifestyle diseases. She remains a passionate physician and patient advocate and is active in several grassroots and traditionally organized medical organizations both at the state and national levels. Dr. Hylton serves as a Board Trustee for the Indiana State Medical Association, is a founder of the non-profit Hoosier Alliance for Safe Healthcare and is the founder of the social media group Indiana Physician Lounge. Most evenings and weekends you can find her being the nutritionist, chef, athletic trainer, tough-love therapist, tutor, administrative assistant and chauffeur to her three children who are active year-round in volleyball, soccer, basketball and baseball.
